Cucumber Yogurt Dip

1 Tblsp olive oil
2 Tblsp chopped fresh dill
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 c cucumber, finely diced
1 tsp lemon zest
1 Tblsp lemon juice
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
