Spinach Mushroom Pasta

8 oz. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c chopped onion
2 c baby spinach or 1/2 c frozen spinach
1/2 c cauliflower, sliced carrots or asparagus
2 tsp Italian seasoning or 1 tsp basil and oregano
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1 Tblsp crushed garlic
1/4 c fresh basil, chopped
1/4 c parmesan cheese
2 Tblsp olive oil
1/2 pkg spaghetti, cooked, reserve pasta water

Saute mushrooms and vegetables in oil until crisp tender. Add spices and garlic. Add hot spaghetti and a little   pasta water. Top with olive oil, fresh basil and parmesan. Add grilled, sliced chicken if desired.
